Summary :
Louise tries to keep Saito from looking at other girls. She gives him a 'present' for this purpose but it turns out to be a magical item that blinks whenever the wearer looks at other girls with perverted thoughts. Her plan eventually fail and the item continues to blink every time Saito lays his eyes on a women. Saito is arrested when Louise attacks him with her magic while the newly assigned Queen Henreietta is passing by. He is eventually released and is assigned the code name 'Zero' for a mission with Louise.
